Yoga for Life Series (YFLS) developed by Yogacharya Georgios Demetriades is a unique foundational spiritual curriculum that gives a person the tools necessary to develop on the spiritual path. It integrates the teachings of Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda into a system that is easy to practice daily. The focus is triune: purification, energisation and lustre. This simple plan brings many benefits physically, mentally and spiritually over time.

STEP 1 - PRAŚUDDHI

STEP 1 of the Yoga for Life Series gives the practitioner the techniques which purify the body and elevate the mind, such as yoga postures (asanas), life regulation through the medium of the breath (pranayama), specialised techniques called karmans or kriyas, and so forth. In addition, there are relxation techniques included, as well as scientific affirmations, meditations and more.

The course is a a self-paced practicum which takes approximately four weeks to complete. There is no instruction involved except what is proved in the course book. These books can also be used as reference guides.

The manual is available in print format only, specifications being:
